So you've heard the old saying, "quitters never win."  Well I have a delima.  Both of my daughters are on a school sports team.  Their coach is also the president of the association so she's the top.  She was the only person that volunteered for the position last year and I respect that.  So far the coach has proven to be less-than-qualified for the position.  Uniforms weren't ordered in time, some girls had to get different uniforms because there weren't enough, practice times have been changed and changed again, etc.  Its really annoying to me because I'm very organized and I also have a packed schedule.  So tonight this coach calls me and in a very impolite way asks me why my daughter has been telling some of the other girls what they need to bring to practice.  Come to find out it was something the assistant coach (which BTW I've never actually been introduced to) had asked her to do.  I'm so tired of this and my girls hate going to practice and games.  They are begging me to let them quit but I'm trying to teach them that quitters never win.  I need some help pls!  What should I do?
